It makes me uncomfortable

when I see people at work going into the bathroom with rolled up newspapers or magazines under their arms.

My first Christmas as the cook

was a huge success. There was way too much food for me and Jeff but then I don't have to worry about cooking the rest of the week.

(Click on the photo to everything we cooked)

All our Christmas photos are on Flickr!: http://flickr.com/photos/15637677@N00/sets/72157603543507549/

We tried getting some family photos:

More work at the condo

We did laundry at our new place last night and it was awesome. No walking down 3 flights of stairs, no counting out quarters.

Jeff also replaced the ugly bronze chandelier in the dining room with a black metal and frosted white glass one from Bellacor.

We are ready for the holidays!

Our stockings are out for Santa.

Unless this ruffian scares him away ;-)

Please tell me your husbands do things like this ...

What is this? The lower part of Jeff's back
What mauled him? A pair of scissors
Why? Because it itched and they were there

ARGH!!!

Holiday Dinner Dance 2007

So, another year has gone by at Lockheed Martin and we had another fun corporate "holiday" party last night. It was held at the Renaissance Hotel in the Baltimore Inner Harbor.

Good food, good friends, some good music. Bad photographer. She had an area set up for professional portraits and she had a plant. She would set up the guy next to the plant and the woman in front of him. In 90% of her photos, she cut off the woman's arm, so she could get the plant in the photo. Thankfully, we had our camera and we took photos of our group.

First Snow

We got our first snow of the year today and it was beautiful. I love watching the big snowflakes drift down from the sky. After you have some on the ground, it lights up everything as well.

It was Smokey's first snow. He was a little confused. Not too much. He went in, jumped around, sniffed a couple mounds and then peed on one. He'd vanquished this new foe.
